When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed on weekdays and due to high volumes currently being experienced, we aim to have them with Australia Post from 4 to 7 working days from purchase.

If your order is required on a specific date, remember that due to the Pandemic, Post delivery dates vary greatly, so please order as much ahead of
the date required as is practical. Any concerns, just email us at info@thestylishgift.com.au

Where do you ship?

Once orders are shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation information and tracking details. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

My Order

Can the Order be returned?

We only accept returns for a size issue with clothing or damage to an item within 30 days of purchases. Please email us first & we will determine the process moving forward.

All clothing items must be as new with tags, packaging etc - damaged or washed items will not be accepted. Earrings cannot be returned due to Hygiene reasons.

Do you have Click & Collect?

As an online store we do not currently offer this service.

Do you offer complimentary gift wrapping?

Absolutely, we card and complimentary gift wrap all orders so please remember when adding to your Shopping Cart, highlight the Gift Occasion, provide a Message for the Gift Card and we will wrap and send in our Stylish way.
